Overnight rental (dowload lease agreement)

The Walter V. Davidson House has a two (2) night minimum at a cost of $295.00 per night.  A maximum of six (6) people are permitted to occupy the dwelling during any reserved stay.  At no time during your stay may the total number of occupants and guests exceed twelve. 
No pets are allowed and no smoking is permitted inside the house. 
A 50% deposit is due at the time of reservation.  The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to your stay.  Any cancellation within 60 days of your stay will result in a 50% cancellation fee.

Maid Service:  Maid service is not provided.  Daily maid service can be arranged for an additional fee.  All linens, including towels, are provided.
Food Service:  No food products are provided except coffee, tea, sugar, and coffee creamer.  The house is equipped with  cooking utensils, dishes and small & large appliances should you with to cook.  Supermarkets are close by.  A guide to area restaurants, catering services and food delivery services will be provided. 
Guest responsibilities at check out:  Leave keys on kitchen counter, remove all trash to garbage cans, close all windows and doors. 
Damage:  In the event of accidental damage a report must be filed immediately by calling 716-834-4870. Guests hereby agree to accept responsibility for any damages to the premises and its contents.  In lieu of a damage deposit, guests will be notified in advance of any carges to their account for damages caused during their stay
